This project consisted of the addition of 3,600 square feet of new space and the renovation of 9,000 square feet of existing space to the client’s Winchester, Kentucky facility. The addition was built to match the existing facility while the renovated space included all new interior finishes as well as new lighting and heating and cooling systems.
This 23,500 square foot assisted living facility was built on Christian Care Communities’ Taylorsville, Kentucky campus. The three story 42 unit wood frame with brick veneer project featured amenities such as a campus dining room, facility meeting room, a reading room and laundry room as well as an expansion outdoor living patio area.
