Roberts Construction has worked with the church on three separate projects. In Phase I Roberts acted as construction manager to build an approximately 27,000 square foot 1100 seat sanctuary addition connecting to their existing facility. On Phase II Roberts provided design and construction management services for the renovation and reconfiguration of existing facility space into a new Youth Chapel, Sunday school classrooms, and offices and other ancillary space. Design services for Phase III have been provided which will include an expansion of the church’s existing Family Life Center and an expansion to educational spaces.
This approximately 10,000 square foot adult day care facility utilized a pre-engineered metal building structure with a standing seam metal roof with a simulated stucco and stone veneer façade. The facility features interior and exterior patient care spaces as well as administrative office and other ancillary space for the operation of the facility.
This 12,000 square foot retail center was constructed utilizing a pre-engineered metal building system with a simulated stone and exterior insulated finish system façade. The project features an 8,000 square foot space for an Aaron’s Rents retail center as well as 4,000 square feet of future retail/office space.
This project consists of the construction of site development of approximately ten acres with the entire necessary utility infrastructure as well as the construction of an approximately 32,500 square foot pre-engineered metal building with a split face block wainscot and metal wall panel veneer.
This total project consisted of three buildings totaling approximately 60,000 square feet. Roberts Construction arranged for the architectural design of the main building which consisted of a 56,000 square feet pre-engineered metal building on a concrete slab. This contract included the total electrical system for the recycling equipment and lighting. Interior finishes for the office space were also included in the design and construction of the project.
