This approximately 30,000 square foot assisted living facility was built on Christian Care Communities’ Corbin, Kentucky campus. The three story 52 unit wood frame with brick veneer project featured amenities such as a renovated dining room, facility meeting room, and an elevator installation.

Other amenities included in the new addition: a renovated dining hall, a lounge, resident laundry, and a beauty salon.

The 52 unit three story facility was built utilizing a concrete slab on grade, wood framing, and a brick veneer. This project was recognized by the Kentucky Housing Corporation and HUD as the “2003 Best New Elderly Property” for the state of Kentucky.

The three story 42 unit wood frame with brick veneer project featured amenities such as a campus dining room, facility meeting room, a reading room and laundry room as well as an expansion outdoor living patio area.
Roberts Construction provided construction management and architectural design & administration services for this 16 unit addition to an existing assisted living facility. The addition includes 10 new studio units and 6 one bedroom suites. Other amenities included in the new addition: a four-season porch, lounge, resident laundry, wellness room, marketing office, activities office, and a large lounge that connects the existing facility with the new.
