This project consisted of approximately 16,000 square feet and was constructed utilizing a pre-engineered metal building on a poured concrete floor slab. The project featured some 4,000 square feet of show room/sales area and offices as well as approximately 12,000 square feet of warehouse space to service the needs of this retail client.
This approximately 10,000 square foot facility utilized a pre-engineered metal building structure with a standing seam metal roof with a brick veneer and metal wall panel façade. The facility will serve as a base of operations with administrative offices, supply facilities, a helicopter pad, and parking and vehicle storage areas for the facility.
This project consists of the construction of site development of approximately ten acres with the entire necessary utility infrastructure as well as the construction of an approximately 32,500 square foot pre-engineered metal building with a split face block wainscot and metal wall panel veneer.

This project consists of the construction of an approximately 53,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building with a split face block wainscot and metal wall panel veneer speculative building. This was built as a speculative building for SKIDA and is now occupied by Pepsi-Cola.
This total project consisted of three buildings totaling approximately 60,000 square feet. Roberts Construction arranged for the architectural design of the main building which consisted of a 56,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building on a concrete slab. This contract included the total electrical system for the recycling equipment and lighting. Interior finishes for the office space were also included in the design and construction of the project.
This approximately 11,000 square foot building was built on a concrete slab on grade utilizing a pre-engineered metal building frame and standing seam roof with a brick and simulated stucco veneer.
The Valley Oak IT Expansion project consisted of doubling the facility’s expansive technology room. The high security technology building required increasing the specialty cooling system as well as modifications to the electrical and security systems.
This project is the construction of new 6400 square foot additions to an existing office facility as well as a new 9911 square foot maintenance building for the National Guard Joint Support Operations. This is phase 2 of a 3 phase project.
