This 10,000 square foot speculative retail space was constructed utilizing a column and beam structural steel frame with a built on roof. The exterior façade features brick veneer, simulated stucco, and expansive storefront windows and door systems.
This approximately 10,000 square foot manufacturing facility expansion was built utilizing a pre-engineered metal building. The project featured substantial electrical and ventilation upgrades to service the needs of the owner.
This project consisted of a 2,200 square foot addition to the existing library as well as the installation of an elevator and total refurbishing of the floors, walls, ceilings and lighting of the existing library.
