Roberts Construction has worked with the church on three separate projects. In Phase I Roberts acted as construction manager to build an approximately 27,000 square foot 1100 seat sanctuary addition connecting to their existing facility. On Phase II Roberts provided design and construction management services for the renovation and reconfiguration of existing facility space into a new Youth Chapel, Sunday school classrooms, and offices and other ancillary space. Design services for Phase III have been provided which will include an expansion of the church’s existing Family Life Center and an expansion to educational spaces.
This project includes the partial renovation of the existing facility and the construction of a 3,400 square foot addition including new kitchen facilities, bathrooms, offices and a large open multi-purpose area.
This addition to the original building entails a sanctuary with seating for 450 people, a baptistery and a covered entry. The structure is a wood frame on a concrete slab with an asphalt shingle roof.
